A public benchmark for AI compute.
Daily-updated indices tracking model prices and market activity across 2,300+ models. Free, open methodology, no signup.
The indices
Compute CPI tracks price deflation across AI model tiers — a CPI-style basket for inference compute. AEAI measures economic activity: token throughput, inferred spend, and energy consumption. LDI tracks labor displacement: cost-per-workload where AI substitutes for human labor. All three update daily, all three publish full methodology, all three are free.
Designed and maintained by Ron Bronson. The goal is a measurement layer for AI compute that anyone — researchers, engineers, journalists, procurement teams — can audit and cite.
